Team Leader – Environmental Cleanup
Team Leader – Environmental Cleanup
Do you have experience from demolition, construction or environmental cleanup – and are you ready to take the next step into a Team Leader role?
Recover is looking for a Team Leader to join a specialised environmental cleanup team. In this newly established role, you will combine practical site work with planning, quality follow-up and daily coordination.
You will work in an international environment with clear procedures, high professional standards and close collaboration across different nationalities and cultures.
We offer an attractive salary package, professional training and the opportunity to grow your responsibilities over time.
About the job
As Team Leader, you will become part of a dedicated two-person team where you combine hands-on work with daily planning and coordination. You will actively participate in environmental cleanup, demolition and cleaning tasks alongside your colleague while ensuring that work is carried out safely and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Your responsibilities include:
Daily planning and coordination of work onsite
Environmental cleanup, demolition and cleaning tasks
Quality assurance, documentation and reporting
Projects are often carried out within tight schedules, making it important that you can assess situations, solve problems and maintain an overview when plans change.
Initially, you will be responsible for one team, with the opportunity to take responsibility for additional teams over time.
About you
You may come from construction, demolition, environmental services or another practical background where you have gained experience working with buildings and structures.
Experience with asbestos or environmental cleanup is an advantage, but not a requirement.
We imagine that you:
Have experience from construction, demolition, environmental services or a similar practical background
Are comfortable taking responsibility and leading by example
Communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written
Hold a valid driver’s licence
Can provide a clean criminal record and, if required, be eligible for security clearance related to specific projects
The role involves practical and physically demanding work, and you enjoy being active throughout the working day.
What we offer
Permanent employment with hourly pay, pension and employee benefits
Hourly pay from DKK 222.81, plus pension and flexible benefits scheme
Opportunity for additional qualification or competency allowances based on experience
Company vehicle for work-related transportation
Thorough onboarding and training
