Improving maintenance routines over time.
Your qualifications and personality
You are practical and very hands-on, with broad technical skills, around two years of maintenance experience and at least one year of experience leading or coordinating a small team.
Experience in electrical work, plumbing, building maintenance, or similar areas would be a plus and experience with pool or water treatment would be valuable.
Furthermore, you:
Are comfortable dealing with different technical tasks
Take ownership and solve problems independently
Pay attention to detail and communicate well with colleagues and guests
Stay focused and prioritise effectively
Communicate confidently in English
As part of the on-call arrangement, you need to be flexible and able to reach the Copenhagen site promptly when an urgent issue arises.

Approximately every other weekend you will work, typically from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. You will also help cover holiday periods and be on call for emergencies.
You will join a close-knit technical team at a site with around 30 employees, which means you will have direct contact with management. AIRE gives you the opportunity for professional development and career growth within an international and growing company.
Benefits include a pension scheme, a birthday experience for two people and a 30% employee discount on AIRE experiences.
We look forward to hearing from you
